Doozy inbox

Every catch firing becomes a Doozy todo containing the results and the suggested action. Optionally a Doozy agent runs the todo and prepares a draft reply.

What it does

  1. 1

    Step 1

Point a catch, or a subscription over several catches, at a Doozy list.
  2. 2

    Step 2

Each firing creates a todo with the results and the suggested action.
  3. 3

    Step 3

Optionally name a Doozy agent; it runs the todo and leaves a draft for you.
  4. 4

    Step 4

This playbook ships as a SKILL.md in the dcouple/discatch-playbooks repo so skills.sh and agent skill directories pick it up.

Common questions

Do I need Doozy?

For this playbook, yes. Doozy is dcouple’s agent-native todo app and discatch’s first customer. The same shape works with any webhook target.

What does the suggested action say?

By default it is a template filled from prescore signals and the source. With classify on, the classifier writes it and the classify unit covers the cost. It is advisory; your agent decides.

Can a Doozy agent draft a reply?

Yes. Name an agent_id in the subscription target. Doozy runs the todo with that agent, which can draft a reply using its own voice file. You still post.

How are duplicates handled?

Each firing carries a delivery_id. Doozy deduplicates by that id. If the same result appears in two firings, only one todo is created.
